In light of some of today’s current key challenges, such as recovering from COVID, and the Great Resignation, companies are faced with the responsibility of building financial plans, specifically employee benefit programs that will help increase employee morale and engagement.

This session will take a deep dive into how Global and Asian countries’ public and private pensions redesigned and transitioned to address the ever-changing issue of employee demographics and needs and how they are responding to these changes in retirement plan designs and structures. We will also share some insights on the structuring of these retirement plans to help further the cause of staff retention.
